Our Rental Policies
To establish a reservation, you must pay the full rental amount and the security deposit required in advance. Payment of the rental fee and deposit confirms the reservation. We have a No Cancellation/No Refund policy. All items are charged for the time out and/or time held under reservation whether used or not. Since Ray Rents sets aside item(s) for the person(s) reserving, no other customers are allowed to rent those item(s). Therefore, cancellations are not accepted. Please be certain that the items reserved are truly the items actually needed prior to reserving.
Responsibility for equipment remains with the renter named in the Rental Contract from the time of receipt to the time of return. You will be charged for missing, broken, rain damaged and/or unclean equipment.
Items that are sent out in boxes and/or any type of container must be returned in that same container. Missing containers are subject to a charge.
Delivery and pick-up available for a nominal fee. This fee depends on the overall size and distance of the delivery. This fee does not include set-up or take-down. This fee only applies to delivery to a specified location. Any other services must be discussed prior to delivery.
